This past weekend the outstanding alumni of SigEp put on the Carlson Leadership Academy in Woodland Hills to ensure that the executive board were properly prepared for each of their roles in addition to many promising leaders within each of the chapters. Our own chapter alone witnessed each other grow and gain so much from this remarkable experience and are really and truly grateful for the privilege granted to us. This opportunity broadened our perspective of what it means to be a SigEp and reinforced the values of virtue, diligence, and brotherly love in a way we had yet to encounter. Not only will we carry these values with us, but also the deeply rooted connections with one another, for the rest of our lives.
